Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a nice window/door net to keep out bugs, but the rooms seemed a bit rundown and could use some modern upgrades. The staff is warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with towels and cold water. The location offers various pools, a Dead Sea experience, and good access to cool infinity pools and the beach. The dining experience is nice but may have salty dishes. The facilities are generally good, with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers a beautiful and clean room, restocked with water daily. While the room is spacious and comfortable, it lacks the expected luxury considering the price paid.
I can't get enough of this hotel! From the incredible service and top-notch food to the breathtaking location and luxurious room overlooking the pools and beach, it's a dream come true. The spacious room comes with all the high-quality amenities you could ask for, including lovely soap, shampoo, and body lotion enriched with Dead Sea minerals. However, the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning as there were some blood spots spotted.
The hotel offers a mix of positives like spacious and comfortable rooms with a unique courtyard balcony design providing privacy and shade, but the décor might feel a bit outdated. The expansive hotel grounds include numerous restaurants and pools, offering plenty of activities, although some staff members can be abrupt at times.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic, and the big terrace was a lovely addition. However, it was one of the most expensive places I've stayed in recently, even pricier than the St Regis in Mauritius.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with air-conditioning, accommodating up to 3 adults and two children. While the rooms were lovely, they appeared a bit tired. The service was polite and helpful, but there were incidents of items going missing. The location boasts beautiful views across the Dead Sea, with numerous pools and a private beach. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes with stunning views. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor hiccups.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very good, offering all amenities with a nice view. The service exceeded my expectations, especially thanks to Mr Murad Momany who made our stay exceptional. The location was perfect, allowing for a unique Dead Sea experience. The dining options were top-notch. Overall, a great stay with some minor issues.
The hotel's rooms are very large and very comfortable, but in need of maintenance. The service, despite causing some delays, was incredibly friendly and efficient. The location is perfect for a Dead Sea experience, although there is a focus on mass tourism over luxury. The dining options offer a wide range of choices and delicious meals. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
Overlooking the grounds of the resort, the Dead Sea, and the West Bank, the hotel offers very spacious but empty and basic rooms. My room was huge, well-furnished with a jacuzzi bathtub, and had an outside terrace, though it was quite noisy. The service was a mix, with some staff being professional and mannered, but others came off as rude due to lack of English skills. The location is ideal for those seeking the curative properties of the Dead Sea waters, although the size can make it less interactive. The dining options were diverse, and the staff attentive, although the coffee was a bit weak. The facilities were organized and well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice. I enjoyed lunch at the Akkad Restaurant; the food was very good, and the service was amazing. A big thanks to Nawrs, Katela, and all the staff at Akkad for being so kind. I hope to visit again!
The hotel has beautiful rooms that are in need of renovation. The service is a mix of friendliness and rudeness. The location is exceptional with stunning pools, but somewhat small for the number of visitors. Dining offers a world-class experience. The facilities are luxurious and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable with a fabulous view from the nice balcony, but there were some issues with mosquitos due to holes in the verandah screen. The pool was amazing, especially the service at the infinity pool and Akkad Restaurant, thanks to AbdelKareem, Zaid, and the excellent manager Mr Mohammad. However, the presence of mosquitos was a downside to an otherwise fantastic pool experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were great in terms of size and modernity, but the poor insulation made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The dinner at the Ashur-Italian Restaurant & Grill was delicious, but the service let me down by not honoring confirmed arrangements for a late check-out and room upgrade.
The hotel offers exceptional rooms with complimentary soft drinks in the mini-bar, spacious and well-equipped but lacking in safety signs for high-risk areas and crowded breakfast hall. The service is professional with a vibrant ambiance, though some noise across the area. The location is excellent for exploring the Dead Sea but may feel cramped in some areas. The dining experience is varied and delicious, while the facilities cater to a relaxing stay.
The hotel offers lovely, large, and comfortable rooms with a great balcony and view, although they are a bit outdated and show signs of maintenance issues. The rooms are spacious with air-conditioning and provide everything you need for a cozy stay. The service provided by the staff is truly commendable, showcasing a rare combination of sincere care and professionalism. The dining experience is superb with a wide selection of delicious foods and breathtaking views of the Dead Sea.
